Koishikawa Korakuen – Serene Garden next to Tokyo Dome
Located in the middle of Tokyo, the garden is developed by Mito Tokugawa, one of Tokugawa closest families with whose earliest ancesters comes from the original Tokugawa clan. The first Mito Tokugawa vassal, Yorifusa began to develop, and the second vassal, Mito Mitsukuni (renowned as Mito Komon, characterized in the famous TV drama) completed the garden in 17th Century.
